And flickering or buzzing on a dimmer is nearly always a compatibility issue between an older dimmer and a modern LED driver, which is a straightforward fix once it has been correctly identified.

Because our core business is new construction and remodels, we plan lighting from the wiring outward.
We also work with fixtures homeowners and designers select, which means being useful about what a given selection will actually require. A heavy chandelier needs support most existing boxes do not provide. A specific LED fixture may need a particular dimmer to behave. An outdoor fixture that looks right in a catalog may not survive three years in island air. We would rather raise those things during selection than after installation.

Fort Myers
Fort Myers lighting work is heavily retrofit driven. The mid century and 1970s housing stock was built with minimal lighting by current standards, often one fixture per room and no task lighting anywhere, so recessed retrofits and under cabinet installations transform those homes more than any other single upgrade. Older Fort Myers homes also frequently lack the switch legs needed for a proper layout, which makes lighting and wiring one project rather than two.
Estero
Estero lighting work concentrates on outdoor living. Lanais, pool decks, and outdoor kitchens in these communities are used constantly, and lighting them properly requires wet rated fixtures, thoughtful placement that avoids glare on screens and water, and switching that makes sense from both inside and outside. Sanibel Island
Sanibel exterior lighting is subject to sea turtle protection requirements during nesting season, which generally runs from spring into fall and calls for exterior lighting near the beach to be shielded, mounted low, and using long wavelength sources. This is not optional and it genuinely shapes fixture selection on the island. We install to those requirements, and we specify corrosion resistant fixtures for everything exposed to island air.
Captiva Island
Captiva shares Sanibel’s nesting season lighting considerations and adds the harshest exposure conditions in our service area. Fixture selection matters more than anywhere else we work, because standard exterior fixtures corrode quickly here and replacing them on the island is more involved than replacing them inland. For island properties we recommend investing in fixture quality up front rather than replacing on a short cycle.
