What to Look for in a Residential Electrical Contractor

Remodel electrical work means integrating new work into an existing system whose history is unknown. We evaluate what is there, bring the affected areas to current code, and sequence our work around the other trades on the project.

Estero has been one of the fastest changing parts of our territory. We have wired new construction here through successive waves of development, and now much of our Estero work is second generation: adding capacity, wiring outdoor living spaces, and updating homes we or others built twenty years ago to support demands that did not exist when they were designed.
Bonita Springs
Bonita Springs gives us the full range in a compact area. We handle renovation electrical on older homes near Old 41 and the beach, new construction and remodel work in the eastern communities, and a substantial volume of storm recovery work throughout. The proximity of very different housing stock in one market keeps our Bonita work varied.
Naples
Naples is where our new construction and renovation work is most involved. Custom homes here carry extensive electrical scopes: multiple sub panels, detached structures, comprehensive lighting design, outdoor kitchens, pool and spa automation, and integration with systems specified by designers and other trades.
